10 fresh mint leaves
1.5 oz fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tbsp white sugar or simple syrup
Crushed ice
4 oz club soda or sparkling water

1.5 oz fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tbsp white sugar or simple syrup
Crushed ice
4 oz club soda or sparkling water
Lime wedges and mint sprig to garnish
1. Place mint leaves and sugar in a sturdy glass.
2. Muddle gently to release the mint oils β do not shred the leaves.
3. Squeeze in the lime juice and stir to dissolve the sugar.
4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
5. Top with club soda and stir gently.
6. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
