1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add cranberry juice, lime juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.
3. Shake vigorously until very cold.
4. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Garnish with an orange twist — squeeze the peel over the drink to release oils.
