2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz water

Lime wheel to garnish
1. Combine lime juice, simple syrup, and water in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
