2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water

2 oz fresh passion fruit pulp (2-3 fruits)
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water

1. Scoop passion fruit pulp into a glass, seeds and all.
2. Add lemon juice and simple syrup, stir to combine.
3. Fill with ice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a lemon slice.
