1 oz fresh lime juice

1. Fill a copper mug or tall glass with crushed ice.
2. Pour in pineapple juice and lime juice.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a thin slice of fresh ginger.
