2 tbsp tamarind paste or concentrate
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 tbsp sugar or jaggery
1 pinch cumin powder (roasted)
1 pinch black salt
4 oz water

2 tbsp tamarind paste or concentrate
1 oz fresh lime juice
2 tbsp sugar or jaggery
1 pinch cumin powder (roasted)
1 pinch black salt
4 oz water
Crushed ice
1. Dissolve tamarind paste and sugar in warm water.
2. Add lime juice, cumin, and black salt.
3. Mix well and taste ā adjust sweet/sour/salt balance.
4. Pour over crushed ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprinkle of cumin.
