Tart, ruby-red hibiscus tea sweetened with honey and brightened with citrus. Gorgeous and packed witβ¦
3 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (or 2 hibiscus tea bags)
2 cups boiling water
2 tbsp honey
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz orange juice
Ice and mint to garnish

3 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (or 2 hibiscus tea bags)
2 cups boiling water
2 tbsp honey
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz orange juice
Ice and mint to garnish
1. Steep hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Strain and stir in honey while still warm.
3. Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
4. Add lime juice and OJ.
5. Serve over ice with fresh mint.
