0.5 cup fresh raspberries
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water

1. Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.
2. Add lemon juice and simple syrup with ice.
3. Shake well and double-strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist.
