1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
1. Muddle strawberries and basil leaves in a shaker until well broken down.
2. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice.
3. Shake hard and double-strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a strawberry fan and basil leaf.
