1 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz sparkling water

1.5 oz elderflower cordial
1 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz sparkling water
Lemon slice and edible flowers to garnish
1. Pour elderflower cordial and lemon juice into an ice-filled glass.
2. Top with sparkling water.
3. Stir very gently to preserve bubbles.
4. Garnish with lemon slice and edible flowers.
