4 oz sparkling white grape juice (chilled)

1. Pour pomegranate juice into a chilled champagne flute.
2. Slowly pour sparkling grape juice over the back of a spoon to create layers.
3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds dropped in and a mint sprig.
