0.5 cucumber, thinly sliced
1.5 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water

Cool cucumber, tart lime, and bubbles. Clean, spa-like, and utterly refreshing.

1 oz simple syrup

1. Muddle cucumber slices with simple syrup in a shaker.
2. Add lime juice and ice. Shake well.
3. Double-strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon using a peeler.
