1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
0.5 cup plain yogurt
2 oz milk
1 tbsp sugar or honey
0.25 tsp cardamom
1 cup ice

1 cup ice
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust sweetness.
3. Pour into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom and a mango slice.
