1 oz mint simple syrup
0.5 oz cream
4 oz sparkling water

1. Combine chocolate milk, mint syrup, and cream in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until cold and frothy.
3. Strain over ice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with mint and chocolate shavings.
