1 rosemary sprig + extra for garnish
2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz rosemary simple syrup
4 oz tonic water

1. Make rosemary syrup: simmer 2 rosemary sprigs in 1 cup simple syrup for 10 min, cool, strain.
2. Combine grapefruit juice and rosemary syrup in an ice-filled glass.
3. Top with tonic water.
4. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit slice.
