6 oz freshly brewed black tea, cooled
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice

Peach slice and mint to garnish
1. Muddle peach slices with simple syrup.
2. Add cooled tea and lemon juice.
3. Shake with ice.
4. Strain into a glass over ice.
5. Garnish with a peach slice and mint.
