3 oz pear juice or pear nectar
1 oz fresh ginger juice or 3 oz ginger beer
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
Sparkling water to top

1. Combine pear juice, ginger juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain over ice.
4. Top with sparkling water or ginger beer.
