1 oz fresh lime juice
8 mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water

Pomegranate seeds and mint to garnish
1. Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup.
2. Add pomegranate juice, lime juice, and ice. Shake.
3. Strain into a glass over ice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint.
