2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
8 mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water

1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
Kiwi slice and mint to garnish
1. Muddle kiwi slices and mint with simple syrup.
2. Add lime juice and ice. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with a kiwi slice and mint sprig.
