2 tbsp tamarind paste
2 cups warm water
2 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
Ice
Tajin or chili lime salt for rim

Tajin or chili lime salt for rim
1. Dissolve tamarind paste in warm water.
2. Add sugar and salt. Stir well.
3. Strain if using block tamarind.
4. Rim glass with Tajin.
5. Serve over ice.
