0.5 cup dried hibiscus flowers
4 cups boiling water
0.5 cup sugar
1 oz lime juice
Ice and lime slices to serve

1. Steep hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 15 minutes.
2. Strain and stir in sugar while hot.
3. Cool and add lime juice.
4. Refrigerate.
5. Serve over ice with lime slices.

Serve in a tall glass. Can be diluted to taste — it's quite intense when concentrated.
