4 oz tonic water
1 oz simple syrup (optional)
Orange slice and coffee beans to garnish
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour tonic water in first.
3. Slowly pour cold brew over the back of a spoon to create a layer.
4. Add simple syrup if desired.
5. Garnish with an orange slice and 3 coffee beans.

2. Pour tonic water in first.
3. Slowly pour cold brew over the back of a spoon to create a layer.
4. Add simple syrup if desired.
5. Garnish with an orange slice and 3 coffee beans.
Serve in a tall glass without stirring. The two layers look spectacular.
