1.5 oz elderflower cordial
4 strawberries, muddled
4 cucumber slices
1 oz lemon juice
4 oz sparkling water

1. Muddle strawberries and cucumber in a shaker.
2. Add elderflower cordial, lemon juice, and ice. Shake.
3. Double-strain into a wine glass.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish beautifully.
