2 tbsp tamarind paste
2 cups water
2 tbsp sugar or piloncillo
0.5 tsp chili powder or Tajin
1 oz lime juice
Tajin rim and lime to garnish

Tajin rim and lime to garnish
1. Dissolve tamarind in warm water and strain.
2. Add sugar, chili, and lime juice. Stir.
3. Rim glass with Tajin.
4. Pour over ice.
5. Garnish with lime and sprinkle of chili.
