Freshly pressed sugarcane juice with kumquat and a hint of salt. Incredibly refreshing.
6 oz sugarcane juice (or 4 oz white grape juice + 1 tbsp sugar)
2 kumquats, halved and squeezed, or 1 oz lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Ice
Kumquat and mint to garnish

1. If using fresh sugarcane: press through a sugarcane press.
2. Combine sugarcane juice with kumquat juice and salt.
3. Stir well and pour over ice.
4. Garnish with kumquat and mint.
