3 oz strong espresso or cold brew, cooled
2 oz mascarpone or cream cheese blended smooth
1 oz heavy cream
1 oz simple syrup
0.5 tsp vanilla

1. Blend mascarpone, cream, simple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Layer cold espresso over ice in a clear glass.
3. Spoon the mascarpone cream on top.
4. Dust generously with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings.
5. Serve with a long spoon.
