1 oz vanilla simple syrup
1 oz cream
1 oz lemon juice
3 oz sparkling water

Shortbread crumble for rim
1. Muddle strawberries with vanilla syrup.
2. Add cream, lemon juice, and ice. Shake.
3. Rim glass with cream and shortbread crumbs.
4. Strain into glass.
5. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a strawberry fan.
