1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 mint leaves
3 oz sparkling water

1. Blend watermelon until smooth and strain.
2. Combine watermelon juice, lime juice, syrup, and mint. Muddle mint.
3. Shake with ice and strain.
4. Top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with watermelon triangle.
