0.25 tsp cinnamon
0.125 tsp nutmeg
0.25 tsp vanilla
1 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
4 oz sparkling water

1. Combine pear juice, spices, vanilla, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
2. Stir well until spices are incorporated.
3. Pour over ice.
4. Top with sparkling water.
