A frozen, blended watermelon mocktail that is sweet, refreshing and vibrantly colored. Perfect for hot summer days.

1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 cup ice
mint sprig (garnish)
Combine watermelon, lime juice, simple syrup and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
