1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
4 oz water or sparkling water
lemon slice (garnish)

Muddle raspberries in a shaker. Add lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with still or sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon slice and a few fresh raspberries.
