1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz lavender simple syrup
1/2 oz honey
4 oz still or sparkling water
dried lavender sprig (garnish)

A delicate, floral lemonade infused with lavender syrup and sweetened with honey. Beautifully pale purple and perfectly fragrant.
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz lavender simple syrup
1/2 oz honey
4 oz still or sparkling water
dried lavender sprig (garnish)
ice
Combine lemon juice, lavender syrup and honey in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a glass over ice and top with water. Garnish with a dried lavender sprig.
