3 oz brewed hibiscus tea (cooled)
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
lemon slice (garnish)
dried hibiscus flower (garnish)

3 oz brewed hibiscus tea (cooled)
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
lemon slice (garnish)
dried hibiscus flower (garnish)
ice
Brew hibiscus tea and cool completely. Combine with lemon juice and simple syrup in a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon slice and dried hibiscus flower.
