1 cup fresh watermelon juice (blended and strained)
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
watermelon wedge (garnish)
ice

1 cup fresh watermelon juice (blended and strained)
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
watermelon wedge (garnish)
ice
Blend fresh watermelon and strain through a fine mesh strainer to get clear juice. Combine watermelon juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a small watermelon wedge.
