3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz sparkling water
pineapple wedge (garnish)
toasted coconut flakes (garnish)

1 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz sparkling water
pineapple wedge (garnish)
toasted coconut flakes (garnish)
ice
Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and toasted coconut flakes.
