1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz raw honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
4 oz cold water
lemon slice (garnish)

Combine lemon juice and honey syrup in a glass over ice. Add cold water and stir until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve immediately.
