2 ripe kiwis (peeled and sliced)
6 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
kiwi slice (garnish)

Fresh kiwi muddled with mint and lime in a sparkling cooler. Bright green, refreshingly tart and naturally sweet.
2 ripe kiwis (peeled and sliced)
6 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
4 oz sparkling water
kiwi slice (garnish)
ice
Muddle kiwi slices and mint leaves in a shaker. Add lime juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a glass over ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a fresh kiwi slice on the rim.
