2 oz peach nectar
3/4 oz fresh ginger juice
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
3 oz sparkling water
peach slice (garnish)
crystalized ginger (garnish)

Combine peach nectar, ginger juice, lemon juice and honey syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a peach slice and a piece of crystallized ginger.
