2 oz fresh mango puree
8 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
mango slice (garnish)
mint sprig (garnish)

Sweet ripe mango puree with cooling mint and freshly squeezed lemon. Tropical, vibrant and deeply satisfying.
2 oz fresh mango puree
8 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz sparkling water
mango slice (garnish)
mint sprig (garnish)

Muddle mint leaves in a shaker. Add mango puree, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a mango slice and a fresh mint sprig.
