1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1/4 tsp rose water
1 drop beet juice (for color, optional)
4 oz sparkling water
dried rose petals (garnish)

Delicate rose water infused into a classic fresh lemonade for a beautifully floral and elegant non-alcoholic sipper.
1 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1/4 tsp rose water
1 drop beet juice (for color, optional)
4 oz sparkling water
dried rose petals (garnish)
ice
Combine lemon juice, simple syrup and rose water in a shaker with ice. Shake briefly. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Add a drop of beet juice for color if desired. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with dried rose petals.
