3/4 oz cognac
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Benedictine D.O.M.
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
lemon peel (garnish)
ice

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well until cold. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
