3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)

Combine gin, lemon juice and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
