2 oz bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 lemon wedges
6 fresh mint leaves

Muddle lemon wedges and mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. Add bourbon and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon wedge.
