2 oz dark rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 oz grenadine
orange slice (garnish)
maraschino cherry (garnish)
ice

2 oz dark rum
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1/2 oz grenadine
orange slice (garnish)
maraschino cherry (garnish)
ice
Combine rum, lime juice, simple syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, bitters and grenadine in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange slice and cherry on a pick.
