1 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
1/2 oz velvet falernum
2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
pineapple wedge (garnish)
mint sprig (garnish)
crushed ice

1 1/2 oz green Chartreuse
1/2 oz velvet falernum
2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
pineapple wedge (garnish)
mint sprig (garnish)
crushed ice
Combine Chartreuse, falernum, pineapple juice and lime juice in a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle with a barspoon by holding it between your palms and spinning rapidly. Add more crushed ice to top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
