1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters

1 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 oz fino sherry
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters

Rinse a chilled cocktail glass with a small amount of absinthe, discarding the excess. Combine gin, fino sherry, maraschino and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into the absinthe-rinsed glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and cherry.
