2 oz blanco tequila
1 1/2 oz fresh watermelon juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau or triple sec
salt (for rim)
watermelon wedge (garnish)
ice

2 oz blanco tequila
1 1/2 oz fresh watermelon juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Cointreau or triple sec
salt (for rim)
watermelon wedge (garnish)
ice
Blend fresh watermelon and strain to get clear juice. Combine tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice and Cointreau in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Rim a rocks glass with salt. Fill with ice and strain the cocktail in. Garnish with a small watermelon wedge.
