1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz soda water
lemon slice (garnish)
edible flower (garnish, optional)

1 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz soda water

ice
Combine gin, St-Germain and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon slice and edible flower.
