5 fresh blackberries
6 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup

6 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup

Muddle blackberries and mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. Add bourbon, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and fresh blackberries.
