2 oz white rum
6 fresh raspberries
8 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 oz soda water
mint sprig (garnish)

crushed ice

2 oz white rum

8 fresh mint leaves
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 oz soda water

crushed ice
Muddle raspberries, mint and lime juice in the bottom of a highball glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add rum and simple syrup. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a mint sprig and fresh raspberries.
